Amazon Wedding Registry Favorites

Not going to lie…I always turned my nose up to quick alternatives. Pre kids you have that kind of time and I realized quickly I had to pivot as a mother of a 2 year old and 6 week old, but I did not have to compromise eating well. Breastfeeding takes a lot out of you and you need to fuel. I try my hardest daily to eat protein and whole veggies & fruits. I am at the 6 week mark and getting back into an exercise routine. Post workout I wanted lunch and quick protein. I love this quick 5 minute lunch. Really… only 5 minutes. Frozen broccoli required 4-5 min in the microwave and lentils took 4 minutes on the stove top. This meal was a total of 10g of protein. @tastybite #postpartum #quickmeals #protein
